Retired Members Section

The Retired Members Section hold regular meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at East Horsley Village Hall. Arrival should be at 10.15 for coffee or tea. The meeting proper starts at 10.45 with thirty minutes allocated to routine business and topics raised by members. The talk usually takes about one hour with time for questions allowed. Approximately one quarter of these talks have a strong technical content of specific interest to electrical engineers, but the majority is of general interest. Partners are welcome and many attend almost every meeting. Members of the IET who are temporarily not in employment but not retired are also eligible and welcome to attend meetings.
